You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping Policy
At Urban Trend Deals, we offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods
We use standard shipping methods for all orders, which typically take 3-7 business days for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping carrier's policies.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are not available at this time. All orders are shipped using standard shipping methods.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations are not eligible for free shipping and will incur additional shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@urbantrenddeals.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@urbantrenddeals.com. Please note that the returns address will be shared via email once you reach out.
If your order is return-eligible, we’ll send you a return address in some cases return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and we don’t accept non-defective remorse returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return (return-eligible) the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
