Application Directions:
Tint Application:
- Prepare: Cleanse both eyelashes and eyebrows thoroughly.
- Protect Skin: Apply a protective cream like Vaseline.
- Eye Pads: Position eye pads under the eyelid close to the lower lash line without covering lower lashes to avoid staining.
- Mix and Apply: Combine Cream Dye with Creme Oxidant following the ratios of 1:1 for lashes and 1:2 for eyebrows. Use a tint brush to apply the mixture to lower lashes first.
- Application Steps: Proceed to cover upper lashes, ensuring coverage of corner lashes. For eyelashes, leave the tint on for 15 minutes; for eyebrows, only 10 minutes.
- Cleanse: Remove excess tint by gently wiping it onto the eye pads with a brush or stick. Use a dampened cotton round with cold water to cleanse until no residue remains.
Lash Lift Kit Steps:
- Prepare Lashes: Use the No.4 Cleanser to cleanse eyelashes from grease, dust, and cosmetics.
- Application: Place the silicone pad over the lower eyelid, then apply eyelash glue sparingly.
- Brush and Cover: Brush lashes and cover them with cling film for 10-12 minutes.
- Apply Perm: Use Perm No. 1 and cover lashes with cling film for another 10-12 minutes.
- Fixative: Apply Fixative No. 2, cover lashes, and wait for 10-12 minutes.
- Cleanse and Nourish: Use Cleaner No. 4 to remove glue, then use Nutritional Lotion No. 3 to nourish lashes.
Note: The lash lift kit is exclusively for eyelashes and should not be used on eyebrows. If both treatments are desired, perform the lash lift kit first, followed by the tinting process, concluding with Nutritional Lotion No. 3 application for nourishment.

At Urban Trend Deals, we offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Please note that we do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

Expedited shipping options are not available at this time. All orders are shipped using standard shipping methods.

Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations are not eligible for free shipping and will incur additional shipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at support@urbantrenddeals.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@urbantrenddeals.com. Please note that the returns address will be shared via email once you reach out.
If your order is return-eligible, we’ll send you a return address in some cases return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards and we don’t accept non-defective remorse returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return (return-eligible) the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Delivered but not received
If the order shows delivered on logistic website but not received: 1) If the delivered address is different from the shipping address left on orders, and checked wrongly address the carrier delivered, the order will full refund within 3 business days/re-delivery within 5 business days as retailer's request. 2) If the delivered address is the same as the shipping address left on orders, and supplier will only provide proof of delivery.
Delayed in transit/No tracking info.
If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 7 business days (from the time the shipping label was created in the logistics website):
1) The order will be fully refunded within 3-4 business days since the order refund was requested.
2) The order will be re-delivered within 3-6 business days as per customer requests.
Note: this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, covid-19, abnormal weather, or other abnormal situations.
Destroyed in transit
If the order is damaged in transit, valid proof is provided.
1) The order will be fully refunded within 3-8 business days since the order refund was requested.
2) Order will be re-delivered within 3-7 business days as per retailer's requests.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
